How-To: Sign into MiCollab Mobile App

Are you wanting to access MiCollab from your cell phone? If so, follow the instructions below!
  1. Download the MiCollab for Mobile application to your phone using your phone's application library (iPhone App Store, Google Play Store, etc)

  2. Open your MiCollab desktop application > select your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner > select Settings

  3. Select Self Deployment, and it should generate a QR code 


  4. Once the MiCollab for Mobile app has finished downloading on your phone, open the application and select Scan QR code, and scan the QR code generated from the MiCollab desktop app with your mobile phone camera

  5. Once the QR code has been scanned successfully, you should be prompted to Enter Password. You will need to enter your your TMG password (the same password you use to logon to your computer and Microsoft Office 365 applications) and then select Next -->

  6. PLEASE NOTE: In order to make and receive calls using the MiCollab for Mobile application, you will need to ensure that Softphone is swiped ON. Softphone can only be enabled on one device at a time. For example, if you swipe Softphone ON on your cell phone, it will automatically disable Softphone on your MiCollab desktop application. To access this setting, you will need to click on your profile picture in the upper left-hand corner > locate the Softphone option > swipe the toggle switch to the right so it turns blue and is in the ON position
