How-To: Sign into MiCollab Desktop App

If MiCollab is prompting for an Authentication Key and you need to get signed in, please follow the steps below! 
  1. Navigate to https://micollab.tmgnorthwest.com/ucs/micollab and enter your username firstname.lastname (example: joshua.renoe), then select Next --> 

  2. A password field will appear. Enter your TMG password (the same password you use to logon to your computer and Microsoft Office 365 applications) and then select Login

  3. Once signed in, select your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner and then select Settings from the drop-down menu

  4. Select Self-Deployment and a QR code should appear. Use your cursor to click inside the QR code

  5. If you receive a pop-up that says Open MiCollab?, check the box and then select Open MiCollab

  6. The MiCollab application will then refresh and change from prompting to Enter Authentication Key to Enter Password. Enter your TMG password (the same password you use to logon to your computer and Microsoft Office 365 applications) and then select Next --> 
  7. You should then be signed and ready to use the application!
