How-To: Login & Logout of HotDesk Phone
Logging In
If your phone is at the “Locked” screen, your extension
has likely been logged out of the phone and will need to be logged back into.
If you would like to LOG IN to your phone, please follow the steps below:
- Select
the Hot Desk soft key
- Enter
your 4-digit extension using the dial pad, then select Enter. If
you are not sure what your 4 digit extension is, you can search yourself in
MiCollab or ask IT
- You
will be prompted to enter your Hot Desk PIN. This should be your voicemail PIN,
or may be the standard 8675 PIN. If it does not accept either of those,
please let IT know and we will reset it
- Once
you are successfully logged in, it should bring you to a screen similar to the
one below, and should display your extension in the upper left-hand corner
Logging Out
If you would like to LOG
OUT of your phone, please follow
the steps below:
- Select the Logout soft key
- Select the confirmation Logout key
